Since February 1900, the San Francisco Building & Construction Trades Council has been publishing Organized Labor, an award-winning print periodical dedicated to covering issues relevant to the local building trades of San Francisco as well as the most important happenings in labor in the Bay Area, nationwide, and globally.

This council is proud to say that Org Labor is the longest continuously published U.S. labor newspaper west of the Mississippi. We encourage anyone who’s interested in keeping tabs on news both among the Bay Area’s unions and in the wider world of workers’ rights to visit this website regularly and to subscribe to the newspaper for full coverage.
